- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup pitted Castelvetrano olives, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup olive brine
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 oz creamy blue cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 bunches of celery

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
